Keeping-Track

Here is the step-by-step process for someone to become a Volunteer for the Clovis Municipal Schools.

STEP 1 - Individuals interested in becoming a Volunteer will start the process by attending one of our Volunteer Training sessions. During that session, we will go over what is required of our volunteers and we will have applicants complete all of the necessary paperwork needed to become a volunteer.

This will include the Volunteer Application in KeepnTrack, the HB128 Questionnaire, and we will make a copy of their photo ID (driver’s license).

STEP 2 - Once a Volunteer has completed the Volunteer Training Session, they will be assigned the Vector Training videos to watch.

Once ALL of these steps are completed, Valerie Bargas will then change the status from Pending to ACTIVE in the KeepnTrack system. Anyone who has Pending as their status has not completed a portion of the process and will not be allowed to work as a volunteer.
