CLOVIS, N.M.— Clovis Municipal Schools is committed to ensuring transparency and keeping the community informed about updates to Board Policy. As part of this commitment, the district announces revisions to various Policies, Regulations, and Exhibits following Board action.
At the February 25, 2025, meeting, the Board of Education approved changes to policies A-0250 & A-0300, which will now be reflected in the official district guidelines. While Board Regulations and Exhibits do not require formal approval, they are also updated to align with policy changes. These revisions aim to provide clarity and consistency across district operations.
Once the updates are finalized, they will be available on the district’s website for public review. It may take up to a week for the updated policies to appear in the Board Policy Manual.
While some of these updates may not directly impact all community members, Clovis Municipal Schools encourages all stakeholders to review the changes to stay informed about district policies.
