Clovis Municipal Schools will shift to remote learning on Friday, January 23, 2026.
A significant winter storm is expected to move into our area early Friday morning, beginning with drizzle that may quickly turn to freezing rain and eventually snow. As temperatures drop, roads may become slick and hazardous throughout the day.
Although Friday's snowfall is expected to be light, heavier snow and dangerously cold temperatures are forecast over the weekend. Information regarding school on Monday will be announced by Sunday evening.
Thank you for your continued support as we make safety our top priority.

La Casita Elementary, Marshall 6th Grade Academy, and Clovis High School Folklórico came together at the La Casita Elementary gym to give back-to-back performances that delighted their audience. The show was full of excitement, stomps, twirls, laughter, and applause.
We are so proud of these children for celebrating their culture and traditions so confidently.
A huge thank you to the teachers who dedicate so much time and care to this art form.

Clovis Municipal Schools will soon hold a special mail-in election to reauthorize the Capital Improvement Act Tax, a long-standing funding source that helps keep our schools safe, functional, and well-maintained.
This tax:
• Supports ongoing maintenance, technology, and safety upgrades at all schools
• This is not a new tax. This levy is already in place and simply requires voter reauthorization.
• Helps protect over $2 million per year for essential upkeep across our district.
🗳 How to vote:
Ballots will be mailed in January. Complete and return your ballot by February 12, 2026.
